Application Form

In order to apply for admission to our preschool program, you need to submit a waitlist application, along with a $50 application fee. The deadline for submitting the application form for the 2012/2013 school year is January 31, 2012.

Don't forget to include the application fee, with a check payable to Bay Area Kinderstube, otherwise your form can't be processed. Upon receiving your application, your child will be placed on our waiting list. You will be notified between February and March of the year you are applying for if a spot can be offered to your child.
